Platform and Programs

The Platform, including its website, is designed to offer curated and industry-relevant certification programs and career assistance services ("Programs").

Please review our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on the Platform (collectively referred to as “Terms”). By accepting these Terms or accessing the Platform, you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, you are not entitled to use the Platform or Programs, and any continued use will be unauthorized.

1. Separate Terms for Programs

Each Program offered through SalesWallah may have its own specific terms related to payments, refunds, deferrals, and other aspects. In the event of a conflict between the Program-specific terms and these general Terms, the Program-specific terms will prevail.

2. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

These Terms also extend to the use of SalesWallah-hosted mobile applications, WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages/groups, Instagram pages, email/SMS communications, and other social media forums. You acknowledge that some services and features on these platforms may be provided by third-party service providers, and you agree to comply with their terms of use. The Company is not liable for any disruptions or errors caused by third-party services.

3. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and its Programs immediately.

4. Geographical Use and Compliance

The Platform is intended for users within legal jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from regions where its content or use is prohibited is at your own risk. You agree to comply with local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments

All payments for Programs and services must be made exclusively to Talent GQ Academy of Professional Skills (OPC) Pvt Ltd through Bank Transfers or Registered Payment Platforms Like SBI Collect & Cashfree. No other entity or individual is authorized to collect payments on behalf of SalesWallah.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Online/live lectures, video lessons, quizzes

• Assignments, presentations, and course materials

• Logos, trademarks, and proprietary designs

(collectively, “SalesWallah Content”) is the exclusive property of Talent GQ Academy of Professional Skills (OPC) Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create a User Account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

• Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Program Access and Suspension

Access to Programs is granted upon full or partial payment. In exceptional cases, provisional access may be given pending payment. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time may result in immediate suspension of your access without prior notice.

9. User Conduct

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.

• Refrain from sharing or distributing proprietary content without authorization.

• Avoid any behavior that disrupts or harms the Platform or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
