General Terms and Conditions:

Agreement: By purchasing a training course on Talent-GQ, you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

Refund Window: Refunds may only be requested within 7 days of course purchase, provided no services have been utilized, including access to the Learning Management System (LMS), masterclass sessions, or any additional classes.
Refunds for Self-Paced Learning:

Eligibility: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchasing the course.

Conditions: The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the course.

Limitations: Refunds are not accepted beyond 7 days of purchase, and no refund is provided for discounted or subsidized fees. Course changes are available in lieu of a refund in these cases.
Refunds for Instructor-Led Training:

Eligibility: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of course purchase.

Conditions: The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the e-learning course or attended online classes/received recordings for more than 1 day.

Limitations: Refunds are not accepted beyond 7 days, and no refund is provided for discounted or subsidized fees. Course changes are available in lieu of a refund in these cases.
Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom Training:

Rescheduling/Cancellation by Talent-GQ: Talent-GQ reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if necessary. If Talent-GQ cancels an event, a full refund will be provided within 10 days of the cancellation date.

Participant Cancellations: Participants may receive a refund of 90% of the total fee or reschedule their course if they cancel their registration 10 business days or more before the event. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 10 business days of the event.

Discounted/Subsidized Fees: Refunds are not applicable on discounted or subsidized course fees.
Initiating a Refund Request:
To initiate a refund request:

Send an email to finance@talentgq.com with payment proof, course details, and the reason for the refund.
Refunds for Duplicate Payments:
If a duplicate payment occurs, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days of the notification.
Policy Revisions:
Talent-GQ reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
